Gracias por usar el complemento, si aun no lo resuelves, puedes usar Loco Translate y solo debes de darle en Sincronizar y guardar cambios.

If the payment method is not shown it is because you are surely using the CHECKOUT BLOCKS, you must use the classic checkout [woocommerce_checkout]

Si estan usando la ultima version de WooComerce sucede ese problema, pero se lanzo una actualizcion hace 2 semanas del plugin y esto corrigia el problema, esto solo pasa para lo que tengas la ultima version de WooCommerce.

Que tal como estas ?
El plugin muestra el logo de la OMS pero también un HASHTAG #YoMeInformo (en español), actualmente el HASHTAG esta traducido para los siguientes idiomas (Español, Ingles, Frances, Italiano, Noruego, Aleman) se muestra de acuerdo el idioma de la instalación de WordPress y redirecciona a la pagina de la OMS según el idioma.
Si tienes la traducción del HASHTAG en catalan me lo pasas y lo agrego y si hay una documentación de COVID-19 en catalán igual me envías la url.
