Thanks for your response, Steven. I want to be clear this error has occurred on a site that was successfully running Connections for their directory prior to WP v5.8.2. I looked at the Plug-ins, and while I could see the “Connections cMap template”, I didn’t see the Connections Business Directory (CBD) plug-in at all. Thinking that it might have gotten deleted/corrupted in the elevation to WP 5.8.2, I tried to reinstall CBD, but got the error msg, “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”
Do you have any guidance as to what might be going on, and what I can do to remedy it?
