There is quick temporary fix for this. Edit line 64 of Tracking.php file in the plugin. They added noscript_base_tag variable but they used ‘ instead of “.
Replace with correct one and the problem should be solved.

Seems like “slide-link” has incorrect value (display:none). Temp fix could be setting it to “:block !important;”
