Thanks very much for getting back to me. That in itself is something a lot of companies negelect to do promptly.

Hi,
Further to this,
I have downgraded it to 2.6.5 and it’s now working, but I prefer to have the latest version if possible for security reasons.
Looks like there may be some issue in the coding as the older version is working well.
I look forward to your reply so I can upgrade.
