please delete the topic, as we can’t do it. Never saw a poor support like this.
So why there is a “community support” if they don’t answer to a question? I saw many other topics without answers too. It’s not professional. I don’t really understand your reply to be honest.
Anyway. I will wait for a reply then.
Is it possible to have an answer? I was interested to buy the pro version, but if there is already no support, I will pass (even if I know that the free version has only the community support, but still).
Thanks.
It was on 1000 so I edited the php configuration to change it for 3000. It seems working on 1 quick test. I will try to push the limit and add more variations with 8/9 Pricing Zones.
The problem is that if I have 12 variations with 4 Pricing Zones, it works. If I want to add another Pricing Zone, and then adding a new variations, so 13 variations and 5 Pricing Zones, when I want to save the variations, it loads non stop and doesn’t save. If I remove the 5th Pricing Zone, I can save the 13 variations.

Hum, did you read that I deactivated and deleted the WP Bulk Editor and the issue is still there? Nothing to do with this plugin then. I didn’t use it anymore to change any metadata about the Pricing Zone.

I tried to delete a Pricing Zone and the task was “completed”. I also tried to delete the plugin again.
I’m doing some tests, but after a new fresh install and added 4 zones, by default, what is the status of each zone? Exchange rate? or manual?
Also, can you tell me what are all the different status possible with your plugin?
EDIT: I noticed something strange. I had 4 Zones and I can see them in the WP Sheet Editor (just to see the columns for each products). Then I added another Zone, for 5 total, and I can’t see it in the WP Sheet Editor. Even if I delete the cache and reload the page. So there is something wrong because I should be able to see the latest zone added. So I guess that’s why there is an issue with the variations..
I delete WP Sheet Editor and the issue is still there so it’s not from this plugin.I checked the Status of the wc_price_based_country and I can see all the zones created with “completed”.

I noticed something about the Pricing Zones. When I check in the product page, everything variations are on “Exchange rates” by default. But if I take a look in the WP Sheet Products editor, all the products are on “manual.” I don’t know if it’s the same entry from your plugin. I deactivated it to check and the column in the WP Sheet product is still there … Maybe it will disappear only if I delete the plugin?

@oscargare I had some times to check what you said in the last answer, but I don’t see the Scheduled Actions in Tools. I’ve installed Advanced DB Cleaner where I can see different tables, but I don’t know if it’s the same things.
Scheduled Actions is a plugin?
Thank you! I will try that soon and I will write a feedback if it works or not.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reset password and Save button disableThanks a lot! I finally added another plugin to manage this and other issues because of the theme. But it can be useful to keep this snippet in case I need it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reset password and Save button disableYes you right, It’s pretty much because of the theme I guess. Unfortunately, they don’t offer support anymore.
Is there a way to look some files by myself to find the issue? If you can give me some advices which files to search in.
Thank you!
hum okay, because before I change the value in bulk, this value was on some products and I didn’t change anything before, except in the WordPress product page.
But I don’t think it’s an issue with the WP Sheet editor because I don’t use it to add a new pricing zone, I’m using your feature in the plugin option. And I don’t use any cache plugin.
If I delete the plugin to reinstall it, is there a way to clean the database also and delete all the entries? Maybe there is a conflict somewhere because it’s weird that this bug occurs only when I want to add a new Pricing zone after 5th.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reset password and Save button disableYou’re probably right and I also tried few plugins to manage the WooCommerce strength meter and I can’t see anything. Do you have any idea how I could add something? Even if it’s just a text under the password field to say: minimum xx characters, with a caps letter and a special character.
Hi,
I used the WP sheet Editor. As some products and variations didn’t have all the “Exchange rate” for the pricing zone, I tried to edit all of them in one shot. I also tried to change all the Pricing Zone to “Nothing” as some of them had it and since this time, if I try to add more than 5 Pricing zones, the bug appears in the variations if I try to edit them in a product page.
