Thanks very much Micropat.

I already had the 1st one ‘unchecked’ in settings.
But I did the CSS trick and that WORKED.

Checked it on both PC and mobile.

Hey guys, after further experimentation it looks like Smush may not be responsible.
It might be Autoptimise instead.

Sorry – I have been trying many fixes and the first time I saw any improvement was when I disabled Smush. Looks like you can close this thread for now.
