@jdembowski the issue has nothing to do with elementor pro, actually, but Elementor itself. Already tested it, tho.
Any solutions for this? Or did I understand you wrong (sorry if I did).

As I mentioned, there isn’t any cookie enabled (and there isn’t any PopUp maker’s cookie created).
Idk if this is a cache issue, but sometimes when I reload it won’t show up, as you said, and other times it will.
