Solution (sort of):

I tried to deactivate plugin one by one until got to WooCommerce. When disabling this plugin everything works as expected.

For our site we don’t even need WooCommerce plugin so it is solution for us, but I guess you should check up on this behavior (maybe somebody else will need these 2 plugins active)
