I use the following:
Wordpress 4.9.1 with Microblog Poster
and Microblog Poster Enterprise Add-on both
Version 1.9.0

The problem is that the inline CSS above the <body> tag is not included:
<style type=”text/css” media=”all” id=”siteorigin-panels-layouts-head”>…</style>
