Unfortunatley, I did not have activated the errors logs, so I have activated it now.
In the other hand, I could locate the error, and it was a problem related to the connectivity between Redsys and the domain, it is not something we see regularly, but we should be attentive to see if it happens again.

The truth is that I had not noticed and that at the bottom right appears a small tab where you can reopen the banner configuration box.
