I’m happy to share that the issue is solved with a WordPress update to the latest version, recently released, and the cache plugin disabled, as you suggested.

Hi Tarek,

I created a ticket on your support website. The issue remains even with a cache plugin, CCleaner and Chrome cache manual cleanup.
