Thats the problem… I tried that first… When I click contact you guys… It takes me to a chat bot with no person available, then your submit a ticket link, takes me to these forums. Which is kinda scary, that your own site does that, when I am trying to use your service to improve mine. Even on my own site, galnut.com which sells mushrooms grow bags, there is a chat line, which goes to my cell phone, and a contact email address, I am always available. Just concerning I cannot get in touch with a human. If you could just email me at [email protected]. the site in question is galnut.net we are migrating galnut.com to wordpresss on galnut.net right now. I really wanted to work on this over the weekend… During the week I have tons of orders and customers to deal with… Monday (this morning) is the worst for me because of weekend orders.
