Just my two cents.

I had the same problem. I updated Neve Theme to its latest version and problem solved 👍

What I did:

1. Changed plugin name using my host File Explorer aplication.
2. Logged in to the WP admin as usual
3. Updated Neve theme.
4. Re-activated the plugin via the admin plugins section.
5. Done. Web works as usual.

I downloaded the .ZIP file and tried to install it via plugins > add new > upload but the installation fails. It complains about the theme not having the file styles.css 😮
