In reply to: [Classic Editor] Editor Options Not Showing Up in SettingsIf you have the Classic Editor plugin and the Classic Editor Addon installed and activated, you won’t see the settings to change the editor back and forth in the Settings-Writing area. Just deactivate the Classic Editor Addon plugin and then go to Settings>Writing and then you will be able to toggle back and forth between the classic editor and Gutenberg.

In reply to: Add Media Button will not work in WP 4.0I had the same problem and checked all of the plugins I was using. The problem for my website was with “Comprehensive Google Map Plugin” . After I deactivated that plugin, I was able to add media.

After reading through the forum for over an hour, I submitted this post for help. Then immediately discovered it was my .htaccess file. I trashed it and now my WordPress is working fine.
