@d0153 how does one get proper support for this software, i would love to know the ticket system is a black whole not response, still waiting, sent over 5 ticket now over the month still not answer
Yeah sad the support is useless the bot works ok some times but get stuck in loops, sadly who ever bought the software they have really downgraded the support on this product. There was a promise of support and training and so far nothing
