In reply to: [WooCommerce] Getting Internal Service Error on checkout WooCommerceI will try that. But I installed another plugin to handle authorize.net and get the same results.
I also have the same set up on another site and it is working fine. Both using the same theme and version of the theme.
I don’t know if this will help but here is something else I see in the error_log.
HP Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function my_custom_checkout_field_process(), 1 passed in website/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286 and exactly 3 expected in website/public_html/wp-content/themes/sparkling/functions.php:970

In reply to: Getting Internal Service Error on checkout WooCommerceThank you. I will try that.
Thanks Steve,
I will try that. How about the Theme? Should I update that too before I restore the DB from the backup?
The backup files state version 4.3.1
Not sure about the WP version for the Database.

In reply to: [Waiting: One-click countdowns] Incorrect countdown to DateI tried putting in the date like the format suggested in the date field box, but when I hit save, it just defaults to today’s date.

In reply to: [Waiting: One-click countdowns] Incorrect countdown to DateThank you,
But where do I add this info? All I see is a field to enter the date in the Waiting settings in the following format: November 25, 2019. I don’t see anyplace where I can enter the Countdown To date in the formats suggested.

In reply to: Edits not showing up on Wifi but are showing on CellularI checked the host server (HostGator) before and there is no resetting the cache in the admin that I am aware of like in other host servers.
I will activate W3 Total and see if that helps.

In reply to: Edits not showing up on Wifi but are showing on CellularI usually do that on all browsers, and no change on our end.

In reply to: Edits not showing up on Wifi but are showing on CellularThere are several pages with this issue
The following page I and everybody else can see fine, but she can’t see it. (In fact, she doesn’t even see the link on the navigation menu. Community > Central Ohio Early Childhood Supply Map). This was something we created on our end.
https://www.actionforchildren.org/central-ohio-early-childhood-supply-map/
The next page is something she edited on her end, but we can’t see the changes on our end.

In reply to: Edits not showing up on Wifi but are showing on CellularThanks for the quick reply. Looks like W3 Total Cache is installed, but not activated (I didn’t create the site. The people that created the website no longer work for the company). Should I activated it?
