In reply to: Request failed. Returned status of 404I’m having the same problem with “From an embedded page at widgets.wp.com Request Failed: Returned status of 404” two sites I have today. It just started with no warning.

I went back and reduced the number of sharing option buttons and removed the more button. I also altered the Google+ sharing option and it seemed to fix it up.
