Not sure what the trigger event was –only discovered after I noticed a plugin message stating org ID not set. We’ve been using the plugin for years without issue – great solution but could use details on the correct files and actions required to restore.

Thanks for the clarificaton Nick. Posting update here for others who might have similar issues.
I tried the format as suggested (Name1 | Value1 | Name2 | Value2) and found it populates the pick with both values and labels. Changed format to (Select One: | name1:value1 | name2:value2) and that resolved.
