Try: the collapse version. It’s in my humble opinion, the nicest of them all :). I liked the scroll one but its bad if you have a big table.

I read in the editor lots of stuff but it seems very confusing for me. I have copied all of that in a text document. Could you clarify what value I change in there or highlight it?

I have updated the cron file so that it updates every 300 I will change this to 300000000000000000000000000000000 and WP POST REVISIONS is false so auto updating should hopefully not be an issue.
In the image, I have circled where it talks about quarterly… Would you be able to specify where in that file what values I have to change so I can update that to 1 minute.
