    My name is Spencer and I’m part of our Social outreach team at HostGator. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your website. Unfortunately we cannot directly discuss account related information here, but will do what we can in order to progress this forward.

    I did some digging as well and saw that thecherryfarm.com is not pointed to a HG network IP. The following shows the current DNS information:

    Since thecherryfarm.com is currently pointed to ns1.sedoparking.com and ns2.sedoparking.com you would need to contact or login to the domain management page with Network Solutions and update the nameservers to that listed in your welcome email that HostGator sent you. We had this sent out before sending this reply so please look out for that email – it was sent to the one you registered with us.

    We will have someone send an outreach to what’s listed on file to discuss further.

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your website. You should be able to login to your cPanel which you will need to use to fix any issues you have as logging into your WordPress Dashboard would only be accessible once we have whitelisted your IP.
    Someone will be replying to your email shortly with additional information.
