Well I finally got through everything and was able restore the site. I really appreciate your help, because if it’s a server issue, I’d like to propose alternative hosting options to the one we’re using.

With that, have you seen a lot of issues with the Zephyr theme? Each time this happens, when I finally do get into Admin, I have the following notification:

Your Website Content needs to be changed to be compatible with Zephyr 6.4

Also, Site Health check indicated critical issue — REST API.
Can you confirm if this is plug in compatibility issue or server issue?

Not sure if the restore is complete as I haven’t heard back from IT, but I was able to get into Admin.

This is the exact same issue (including the version) as we had last week. How is this possible?

No. Just a restore of the latest backup. Also installed a plug in for executing automated backups on a weekly basis.

So, your thoughts are this is a server issue vs. WordPress/plug in issue?

Other times the site may eventually load but only the homepage. Sometimes I have a completely different screen with links to different countries (stating something regarding to the website registration/domain)

Yes. I have IT restore both the website and admin site from last backup.
From there I may discover there is a theme update or some other plug in update.
But again, I just updated everything on friday. Everything still worked on saturday.
    now it’s all down.

this time i have the following:
