    Hello,

    Yes, that is exactly what my default email field looks like on the back end but just having that field alone does not show the email field on the front end. I tried to attach a screenshot but it wouldnt paste into this message. If there is any additional information I can provide you, please let me know. It does seem like there is something wrong with the form builder but this is all new to me.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response! Below are responses to your questions:
    1. Under Appearance –> Widgets. In the “Sidebar” section “Constant Contact Form” is selected.

    2. The email form field was there by default but it doesn’t show for some reason. The only way we’ve been able to get the email form field to show on our blog is to manually add a second field and call it email. When I called Constant Contact they suspected that having 2 email form fields was the reason emails were not going to the appropriate contact list so they asked me to remove it and troubleshoot with you.
