In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Addons Not Printing@millenniumllc Our plugin already attempts to print some metadata fields but because of the number of plugins that exist, we really can’t capture them all out of the box. If the item/metadata is being added by an external plugin, chances are we won’t be able to capture it automatically.
As @mat_ suggested, if you know the name of the field you can add a line of code to add in the menu items that are missing.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] MCP20 Printing Three Times Each Order@millenniumllc What is the order status shown in WooCommerce when this happens?

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Star Micronics TSP100 Series Compatible?@millenniumllc this is slightly off-topic so I would ask that you contact your local Star subsidiary for more info on this question.
To summarize an answer for you, yes, some TSP700ii do not include the HIX Interface; more commonly known as our CloudPRNT interface.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Printer is loosing connection@therealcookie very sorry about that but app developers do this with the best intentions, to you give you the best printing experience with their app. The unintended consequence is that you can’t share the printer across different printing ports/apps at the same time.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Printer is loosing connection@therealcookie something to consider is that both connections can’t be active at the same time. This is slightly off topic discussion, but if iZettle is using our StarIoExtenstion manager class of our other SDKs, then their connection will be always active. This would block the CloudPRNT plugin from printing. An easy test to run is to print from iZettle, then check the CloudPRNT status. It should be not connected. Then shut down the iZettle app and the connection to plugin should be restored. If my assumption is correct, then you need to have a dedicated printer for each to solve your issue.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Printer is loosing connection@therealcookie the settings you found seem to be from the printers web interface and those have no bearing on the printers interaction with our plugin. I’m not sure what Fritzbox is, but it sounds like it may be blocking the printer/plugin somehow. A quick google search tells me its a VPN? Maybe you can shed some light on this.
On the flip side, disabling port 9100 will definitely interfere with iZettle, because iZettle can print to our printers over the LAN but requires port 9100.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Print to 2 Printers@miaosibo Sorry that your question was not answered sooner. Just to be clear,
It’s definitely ok to post questions here, but if you need business critical support and a guaranteed response, then please contact the dedicated Star support team for your region, so that it has a dedicated support ticket and can’t be missed. Due to the large number of questions, as well as other conflicting responsibilities it means we don’t always have a chance to respond to everyone. I hope you can understand. Now on to your question, yes this version can be made available but there are a few caveats to keep in mind.
1) When an order is received the print job is sent to all printers, not just 2.2) This version of the plugin is not being actively maintained, and issues you might find while using it will not be worked on.
3) The plugin is using our code base back from early 2020. As such you might find features you’re currently using will not be available. Its hard to quantify what specifically since the code base is much older
If you understand the risk, then you can find the “Output to All” version at the link below: https://vault.star-emea.com/s/B8iQm2xjrHSqY5b
Lastly, i’ll be closing the duplicate issues you opened.
