Yes it seems to work with the default theme. Most theme authors don’t support 3rd party plugins so no luck there unfortunately.

Just checked it is a problem with the theme (Jupiter 5). I assume more people use this theme as it is very popular. Is this a problem you can solve or should I contact the theme builders?

I have the same problem even with deactivating all my plugins and clearing the cache. I am currently running the site on WP 4.4.1.
It could be a compatibility issue with the theme as well right?
