A widget is a construction within your WP theme. The vimeography plugin doesn’t come with one. Maybe what you meant was: does vimeography create short codes to place in a widget area? Yes.
The vimeography-2 page is the first page after the ‘section’ content, ending with the #food section. I didn’t find out why, but the vimeography-2 page begins below the main wrap, whereas the other pages and sections begin within the main wrap.
