Thank you for the quick response. The error was code 403 but it has been solved with the last solution ( IP allowing on Cloudflare).

I updated to the new version. Everything seems to be working fine except now the “customer payment page” does not function as expected. It says order is invalid. I believe this is caused by the “Order Numbers”. Do I need to start a new thread for thsi?

I removed the comma and that resolved the issue. Unbelievable that we had not noticed that earlier.

I actually can’t get the list of active modules because as I mentioned, the plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Hi @internetpope , what do you think about the africastalking gateway ? I’m thinking about using it because I have had problems with another local gateway.

I appreciate you writing back.
That option is on, it has always been on and I did not change any setting. The issue is on 3 fronts:
1. None of the woocommerce order automated SMSs gets sent, that is, they are not received on the gateways dashboard.
2. If I go to SMS>>Send sms and send a message, the plugin notifies me that Successfully send SMS! but I do not see the text message on the gateway nor receive the text message on the phone.
3. If I add a woocommerce order note and select to Send SMS , the plugin notifies me that “Can’t resolve the customer mobile number.”
It is worth noting that the gateway had an ssl issue on the day I noticed these problems. When the gateway publisher confirmed that they had resolved the issue, I updated the plugins hoping everything to go back to normal but the problem is still there.

George.Hi, I’m no developer at all so I requested the gateway maker to look at the update on the development on the link you sent above and here’s the reply:
We looked at the code shared and noticed that it is missing the 2 step authorization process required for REST API.
Unlike in GET API, the REST API requires one to generate an authorization code in conjunction with the token to be able to access the services. In addition, balance checking can be done through https://restapi.uwaziimobile.com/v1/me.

I have added the changes and tested. It does not work.
For one, the gateway maker says that with the new API version, the plugin should not require an API anymore but just a Token.
