I just got off the phone with Godadd – changing the name if a .ht file seemed to unblock it. But now I’m concerned….. what was that ht file for?
I did try renaming the pdf to see if it was number in the title that were the issue. Not that.
Tried using IE instead of Firefox, that also did not correct the problem.
