    Well I am not getting any support from the people of Wellness…

    Okay, now I am trying to use the plugin “One Click Demo Import” in the section of wordpress

    “Appearance  Themes  Add New” and I have download a couple of ones and activate and all of them said “There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually!”…

    1)How do I find in the section ““Appearance  Themes  Add New” the themes that have predefined the imported files? Or where are the list of the themes that have predefined the imported files?

    Basically I want to find the themes that have the predefined import files available so I can download them with the plug in.

    2)Or do I have to buy premium themes?
    3)Or what recommendation or suggestion could you give me?

    I have to add that I am a complete newb at WordPress.

    I also try to do this instructions:

    Upgrading WordPress Core Manually;

    1.First create a full backup of your website. This is very important in case you make a mistake.
    2.Download the newest WordPress ZIP file from ww.wp.xz.cn.
    3.Unzip the file into a directory on your local machine or in a separate directory on your website.
    4-Deactivate all of the plugins on your WordPress site.
    5.Go to your website root directory and delete your ‘wp-includes’ and ‘wp-admin’ directories. You can do this via sFTP or via SSH

    The problem was number 4 & 5, first in number 4 i cant log in to my wp-admin so i cant turn off the plugins and in number 5 ill try to register my site in FileZilla i put in host: http://ftp.missfitshs.com and Logon type: normal, and i try the old password and it dindt work it give me this:

    Status: Connecting to 74.208.215.101:21…
    Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message…
    Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
    Command: USER [email protected]
    Response: 331 Password required for [email protected]
    Command: PASS *********
    Response: 530 Login incorrect.
    Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

    I lost all the hope i have been trying this out for around 10 hours i dont find a solution…

    Hello I would like to ask for your help, I am at a dead end…

    I have the exact problem but the first issue is that I blocked my account… what I mean is that I first try to log in to wp-login.php like BB3lions said, but then it give an error that said “Login page ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output” and It also said incorrect password… so y I try to reset my password with the option “Lost your password?” and then I recyve the email and and I click the link and it sent me to “http://missfitshs.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=bDvBMlpkxDm3X9SechAo&login=missfitsadmin” and the next error appears;

    But it didn’t give me the password and now I don’t know my password because the error blocked the hole page.

    I think I first need to get back the password before doing something else… I am complete lost and tie by hands.
