yes, I am having same issue since latest Contact update
I have gone through the various plugins that I can afford to deactivate but still an issue.
With the latest wordpress update last week it knocked off several things on me so don’t know if there is a conflict with the new wordpress update and the contact from.
As above, email comes through fine but for the user they receive the spinning icon.
I’ll keep looking 🙂
