I’m not sure I get your question.. But when you create a form through Caldera’s plugin, all the submissions’ data is automatically stored on your WP database. No need for PHP code, this is the default behaviour. The entries are then visible on the WP-admin pages.
If you’re actually asking about tweaking Contact Form 7, I won’t be able to help..
