when i copy image URL of one of the images:

and paste in browser, firefox shows image, but chrome and IE show error message:
403 forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/themes/aimatart/scripts/duothumb.php on this server.
I have already changed properties of folders gallery/images/thumbnails into 777, but to no effect
