You are free to do what you want with your data. Nobody is forcing you to use our plugin. You will find that if you want to use a CRM then you need to have data in it.
Your original data is still held in WordPress, we only take a copy so you can see it in the CRM, so we can’t hold you to ransom.
I can’t understand someone who would give a 1 star review for a plugin they clearly don’t understand and have not even tried.
A bit like me reviewing a Web Design company and giving them a 1 star review because all they have done is add some pictures and text to someone else’s theme and passed it off as design.
