I‘m not quite sure what the offered solution by Annaam is- this is why I asked for more details. Can you please explain what her solution means ?

hi Jonathan, yes we have Version 6.21.1 installed, but it was already installed when I reported the issue

I also deactivated other plugins to see if they block anything- but I still got the error message
