UPDATE: I have narrowed the problem (for my website) down to the plugin “List category posts” by Author: Fernando Briano. If anyone has a workaround, I would appreciate hearing about it. I was using this plugin to display a major part of my website content. This will set me back quite a bit having to rework everything. 🙁

I am having this same issue, but only on some pages. The page builder only loads part way. I have recently updated my WordPress site to 4.7, but that is the only change I have made. I have a screen shot, but don’t see an option here to upload it.
I am able to get it working if I create a new page and transfer content over.

I figured out that it is an issue with my hosting server (Hostgator) not having updated cURL (among other things). Unfortunately, they are refusing to update right now, so I am in the process of moving my website to a different host. I imagine this issue will be resolved once I do that.
