Even with the cron, “ets_pmpro_discord_as_handle_add_member_to_guild” is still being left in Pending.

Yesterday before writing this post I created the 5 minutes cron via cPanel.
The thing is, it was still not working, as membership role assign tasks were pending overdue, and I had to install WPCrontrol to manually run them.

Could you elaborate further, as I’m a beginner?
I went to Memberships, Members, and then pressed the RUN API button, and it worked.
My question is, how can I do this automatically? It’s not viable to do that for a thousand different users.
