Thanks for the suggestion: it didn’t work from a page either, so I’ll pursue what looks like a long process on the Contact 7 support forum. Thanks again; will probably upgrade when I figure this all out.

Hi Damian:
I’ve actually just realized that the InfusionSoft integration is within the Contact form setup, whose embed code I pasted into Popups. The live site is , with the pop up appearing in 5 seconds on any Recipe page. I’m guessing this is a Contact dev issue, isn’t it? Anyway, thanks for any guidance you can provide. The popup works great–it just doesn’t apply the InfusionSoft tag I specify. Thanks Damian!
