    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The settings.js file is used to store your account’s settings on our end, so when your store loads up it will make faster for our tools to activate on your store.

    This however shouldn’t have any major impact on the site’s load speed.

    Can you give us your store’s domain, so we can check if there are any issues with the Recart client on your store?

    Hi Tamás,

    We have not made tests with WPML specifically, but I’m pretty sure that Recart will work fine on your store.

    The only question I see is around the product names — we use the default WooCommerce methods and filters, so if WooCommerce works fine with WPML, then Recart should too 🙂

    I encourage you to give it a try and please let us know if you bump into difficulties.

    If you’re a developer, I can even show you the code snippet that we use to get a product’s name.

    Hey @boblindner,

    Sorry for the slow response, your post somehow slipped under our radar.

    We haven’t got any reports of this issue and we don’t have experience with “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” either, so we cannot provide you with useful information. Recart works for other WooCommerce stores, so it might even be unique to your store setup.

    Have you found any solution to this since then? What have you learnt?
    Do you see any specific errors or logs?

    I’m sorry that you got so angry about this marketing email. Sending you marketing emails (cold outreach) is completely legal and normal approach. I assume you receive hundreds of emails like this a week, just like everybody else in this planet.

    Our customers know about our behavior, they signed up because this behavior.

    What could be the positive ending of this issue? The thing is that I’m sorry that you got so angry, but it won’t make us stop our marketing. Our users love us, they make serious money with GhostMonitor, and I’m proud of what we do here. If you don’t want to be a part of this success, that’s fine. But you complaining and yelling here won’t make me stop marketing my product, I’m sorry. All I can do is to ask for your apologize. If you hit unsubscribe in your email, you won’t get more since we follow the CAN-SPAM Act.

    Yes, we’re abandoning carts (it’s not a phony order), seeking attention to the cart abandonment problem. We abandoned more than 2,000 carts, and you are the only one who had problem with this, most of the users actually signed up and tried out how they can lower their lost sales.

    Thanks for your review!

    1. Yes, AddtoCart is a bit comlicated right now (Ajax carts), we’re working our ass off to get it to work.
    2. What do you mean ‘The main PageView event is missing’? It’s on the basic WooCommerce setup and on the Page Setup as well.
    3. Which WP version you use? On the latest few releases we’ve never experienced a bug like this.
    4. Yeah, Dynamic Ads are not working yet.

    Next week, we’ll have a big update, hope it will solve your problems too.
