Apologies. Just managed to get info from the service provider.
It looks like the main site has a functioning domain name (worldcitizens.org.au). It is joomla based.
Then the addon domain is the wp site.

When I contacted the help desk they said:

I believe it should be

define('WP_HOME','http://c4wcdn.org/wp/');
define('WP_SITEURL','http://c4wcdn.org/');

As in the home directory is the actual directory of the site.
Still no result.

So he said: “You could also reconfigure WordPress to install straight into public html
instead of to the /wp/ folder.”

So here is the screenshot for the cPanel file manager.
Do I simply drag the wp folder somewhere? That could create problems?

Thanks so much. I will double check with my provider but they seem to have sub-domains and add on domains. I will have look at the file structure as you recommend. What lousy makes sense.
But to answer you this site has its own registered domain name.
The main site has another retired domain name.
I will talk to them. Will post the results. Hopefully will work out.
