I see the message: “10Web Booster is disconnected. Your website is disconnected from 10Web Booster service.”
Could you please help me reconnect the website to the correct 10Web account? It seems the website may still be linked to an old 10Web account, so I need the connection reset.

For your premium subscription issue, I recommend creating a new support topic or contacting 10Web support directly with your account email and payment details, so they can check your subscription and help activate the premium version.

Hello 10Web Booster support team,
My website was previously connected to an old 10Web account, but I forgot that account.
I created a new 10Web account and reinstalled the 10Web Booster plugin, but the plugin still shows this message:
“10Web Booster is disconnected. Your website is disconnected from 10Web Booster service.”
When I try to connect again, it says the website is already connected to 10Web.

Plugin: 10Web Booster
Please help me reset or remove the old 10Web connection for this domain, so I can connect it again with my new 10Web account.
