I tried your solution (function.php & shortcode) but it did not work.
The shortcode appears in the popup as written.
I can not enter the atlassian link you sent; I tried to login several times but my email address does not have access. Is their any additional information via this link or why did you add it?

It was not the Fastest Cache because I cleared the cache and deactivated it before I started the move to ssl. I was not aware of the caching in the Divi builder. Just cleaning did not work, I needed it to clean and turn it off to make it work correctly. Later I turned the caching in the Divi builder on again without problems. Thank you very much for your help!
