Thanks so much for your time and kind attention.
Yes, I’ve followed the tutorial of the link you mentioned, but I’m not an advanced user, so for me it’s a bit confused. I’m not using filters to change the permalink. The terms inside the permalink are a result of the automatic translation to my language (pt-BR) that WPJM plugin made at installation.
I installed funcionality plugin as you recomended, and I tried to insert that piece of code showed in WPJM’s tutorial “Changing the permalink base using filters”. No effect.
The site URL is: http://www.znclub.com.br/znc_v2/vagas.
If you click one of the 3 example links, you get a 404 error page.
Would you be patient enough to teach me – in simple terms, for a non-expert – how can I fix these messy links?

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] job links lead to the home of the siteAdding info: I’ve already deactivated every single plugin (except WP JOb manager, lol) and I changed back to default theme. In debugging mode of Crhome, I see only one error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found). Good. Why doesn’t it find the page? Would it be related to automatic translation that the plugin made at installation?

I’m still searching, reading, debugging, but I’m still stuck… Links in jobs listings are going only to homepage of the site. They do not show content of jobs. Any help would be very much appreciated.
