Thanks for getting back to me. It would seem the problem has resolved itself. I was using Google Chrome’s Responsive Inspection Tool which is not working. However, if I check my mobile it is working as intended.

Yes. I have tried that. Problem solved when disabling NextGen Gallery. Reappears when enabling again, even with a fresh copy.
