Shoot, the plugin is no longer installed. The client didn’t think they were using it so they just decided to uninstall it.
It was in the WordPress admin area of the website under the JetPack Protect area under “all threats”:

No header, no footer just the chat icon in the bottom right. If I go to my.elementor.com same thing. I don’t have a subscription to Elementor right now. Thank you! There were two “tags” listed and I disabled one but not the second one. This fixed it!

I’m using Understrap with a child theme.
