It seems that the problem is related to the theme that I installed (memex theme) lightbox effect unfortunately does not work.
example: http://www.carmar.it/wordpress/catalogo
Loading a different theme still works fine.

How can I fix without having to leave memex theme?

Congratulations to the plugin (lovely simple and effective)
but unfortunately I can not get the lightbox effect on the thumbnails of the catalog created!
Using the wordpress version 3.0.1 and the plugin version 0.9.5
