So, When I go into Appearances – I see two sites to manage – I was able to update the theme on the staging location – which is really old and I only used it before I launched the site so it has nothing updated since March. But when I go to click into the production site (live site) I get the 500 error – so I can’t manage the theme if I can’t get to it. Bluehost told me that the issue was with the theme and that I needed to send you the requirements. Here they are. I am not a technical person so PHP means nothing to me. If you could guide me thru (screen shots, etc) how to update the theme in the production site, that would be great – but right now I can’t get to it.
