I am also experiencing this problem. Setting the landing location to the home url works (as suggested by #markhx), but prevents users from following external links to specific pages.
Having exactly the same issue.
Am running in XAMPP test environment.
Using a child theme of TwentyTwelve.
Have tried deactivating all plug-ins other than Form 7 and Really Easy Captcha — no help.
Have tried other themes — no help.
