Last, please check if there’s any error.log/debug.log file in your public_html or wp-content folder.

If you are using a plugin for your anti spam try to reach the developer so they can update or add a compatibility on the latest version of cf7.

It’s important to get your plugin update to date.

Can you tried to add this in your public_html/wp-config.php file?

define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );

define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

This will display the errors and help us to identify the issue.
