Maybe there’s a file size limit on Sendinblue, can you try with small size file?

You are using the default file upload of “Contact Form 7” not “Drag & Drop Multiple File” Upload plugin.

@jordanwinston , currently it’s only one option for all upload fields.
I will consider and add an option for that on my next update.

Unfortunately this plugin not tested with Internet Browser or Default browser of android, I think this browser disable or doesn’t support javascript.

This plugin has been tested with different mobile devices, but not on the older version.

Can you please check you server logs if there’s any error.log or debug.log file.
Also, try to upload zip file in your WordPress media library and see if you will encounter an error.
