Could you please prioritize this for the next update, or at least let us know if this is not something you plan to implement so we can explore alternative solutions.
Our themes use Elementor, and the new page builder integration in Kirki adds unnecessary bloat to the theme, negatively affects performance, and is not something our users are using.
Please add an option to disable the builder functionality. Some of us have been using the plugin mainly for the customizer framework.

Sorting listings based on their location is not a built-in option. You would need custom code to achieve this.
It might also be worth checking out the Search & Filtering for WPJM plugin. I am not completely sure if it supports sorting by location alphabetically.
