You create in the product two variants, with two regular prices, for example one variation 100 and the other 110, and then two offer prices 90 and 100.

If you do the test on your website you will also see it. When you have a simple product with an offer price and a regular price in the product category you see the crossed out price and the offer price, but as soon as you make a variation of that item with two prices, and those prices you make a discount, that crossed out price no longer appears. It only appears inside the product.
